Ronald J. Quam, DO, MBA, is a 2003-graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. His postgraduate training includes his internship at Montclair Hospital Medical Center in Montclair, CA, as well as his orthopedic surgery residency served at Michigan State University/Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, now MacLaren Macomb Hospital (2004-2008). Following seven years in the US Air Force as an orthopedic surgeon and officer, Dr. Quam conducted a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery/total joint replacement at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas (2015-2016). He attained board certification in orthopedic surgery with the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS). Furthermore, he is a member of several professional societies and associations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
